Returns & Refund Policy

EARRINGS AND PERFUME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.

All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date and must be in the condition they were sold.

Please note:

  • All refunds will be issued as store credit only.
    We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

  • All items are carefully checked and photographed prior to dispatch to ensure they are free from damage or faults.

We cannot cover the cost of return postage – this must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.

Items must:

  • Be unwashed

  • Have all labels attached

  • Be unused / not worn

  • Be free from makeup, fake tan, or other marks

  • Not have any strong odours (e.g. washing powder, smoke, perfume, etc.)

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We cannot issue store credit for items not received or lost in transit. Always ask for proof of postage.

Boutique Queenies reserves the right to reject returns received outside the returns period or items not in their original condition. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customer.


Exchanges

Due to high demand and frequent sell-outs, we are unable to offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour or item, please place a new order.
